Payment Processing
Payment information is processed through the payment services made available at checkout. Customers should not send complete payment card information to service@orqasvelo.com or through ordinary customer support messages.
Authorization
An order may require successful payment authorization before processing begins. If a payment is declined or cannot be authorized, the payment provider or issuing institution may provide additional information about the reason.

Refunds
For approved return refunds, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional time for the credit to appear.
